Falkland Wool Spinning Fiber Oogie Boogie

Falkland wool is derived from sheep originating in the Falkland Islands.  It does not denote a particular breed rather wool from sheep bred on the Falkland Islands.  Some of the more common breed of sheep in the Falkland Islands are Polwarth, Merino, and Corriedale.  The wool is pooled from many breeds before the scouring, carding/combing, and spinning processes so it is recommended to purchase enough fiber for your project at the time of purchase as there can be variances in micron counts.
