Refund policy

To make a return, please notify us within 20 days of the purchase date. You will be issued a store credit for the cost of the yarn to use for another project if the following conditions are met….
1. Yarn must be returned free of odors (no smoke, food, or pet smells) and in the original skein (not wound into a ball).
2. Item returned must be in our hands 35 days after the original purchase date.
3. Refunds are not available on Sale items, Close Outs, or Custom Orders.
