Thanks For Everything Chuck 2026 MFF Cancer Fundraiser.

This is a PRE ORDER.  I will start dyeing it after August 19th.  Shipping will begin September 1st. 

On my second trip to the Michigan Fiber Festival many years ago, I decided last minute to camp and bought a teepee tent on the drive to setup. When I finally started setting up my tent, I met a delightful couple, Chuck and Myrna who were also camping. They became my guardian angels. It was the best of times having home cooked meals and hanging with Taco the Chihuahua in the evenings. A very dear friendship was forged that year.

Chuck would send me a lot of inspiration for the festival colors I have done over the years. This year, Chuck passed way from cancer and there wasn’t a better way to remember the friendship given freely than to use the Red Wings, his favorite team, as inspiration. This year’s color is called: Thanks For Everything Chuck.

On a side note, my father passed way in 2021 from complications due to intestinal cancer. To honor both of these great men, a portion of each Thanks For Everything Chuck sales will be donated to the American Cancer Society.
